Can I return a watch if I don't like it?
Customers residing in Switzerland have no statutory right of withdrawal or return . Returns due to dislike, size, or color impressions are therefore generally excluded.
Is there a right of withdrawal for EU customers?
Yes. Customers residing in the EU have the legally required 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods, provided the watch is returned unworn, complete and in its original packaging.
Are returns possible for specially procured models?
Models that are specially procured at the express request of a customer or imported from abroad are generally excluded from return. In such cases, CHRONO4YOU cannot offer a refund .
Does CHRONO4YOU still offer goodwill solutions?
Yes. In individual cases and without acknowledging any legal obligation, we offer the following as a gesture of goodwill:
- an exchange for a different model or
- a temporary credit
There is no entitlement to a goodwill gesture. Cash payments are excluded.
In what condition must the watch be for an exchange?
The clock must:
- unworn and in mint condition
- Complete including original packaging, warranty card and accessories
- free of signs of wear
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Will shipping costs be refunded?
Shipping costs are non-refundable , except in cases of justified defects or incorrect deliveries.
What applies in the case of defects or deficiencies?
In the case of proven material or manufacturing defects, the statutory warranty and manufacturer's guarantees naturally apply. Please contact us immediately in this case.
Why can colors and sizes vary slightly?
Images displayed on screens, in brochures, or under different lighting conditions may differ from the actual appearance on the wrist . Case dimensions and technical specifications are listed in the product description.
